With over 20 years of experience working in program evaluation and applied research, my skills run the gamut in the field. I have experience in every phase of a research project from study design to outcome analysis and reporting, and everything in between. I have particularly strong technical skills including building databases and merging, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets. I know my way around an IRB application and have a very good idea of what the reviewers are, and aren’t, looking for. I’ve developed data collection instruments of all types and have extensive experience administering surveys both online and on paper, and conducting key informant interviews and focus groups. My background is primarily in the evaluation of education and human services programs and interventions; however, my skills are translatable to nearly any content area.
