Having worked in project-based research and evaluation for nearly 20 years, ERMS knows all too well about the natural ebbs and flows of this business. You have times when you’re underwater with too much work, but you can’t hire an additional person because things will slow down in a few months or weeks, or even days. That’s where I come in. With experience in every phase of program evaluation and applied research, I help firms, consultants, and PhD students get through busy times by taking on discrete tasks on a contract basis.
